- Create RFP responses leveraging internally available resources to craft a cohesive and technically accurate response.
- Work with onshore international clients, understand technical needs and provide appropriate responses to proposals.
- Comprehend complex technical terminology, do the needed research and create the appropriate content or search for it from internal repositories.
- Ensure adherence to RFP guidelines.
- Research, write, and organize information in a professional manner.
- Assist with editing proposal material completed by Offshore proposal specialist/coordination team.
- Assist with proofreading proposals and other related business content.
- Apply sound judgment and decision-making skills to escalate, or independently resolve issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to deliver high quality, distinctive proposals and products for distribution internally as well as to clients.
- Ability to analyze and anticipate client requests, interpret asks and act according to expectations
- Strong command of English language
- Good working knowledge in MS Office tools, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
- Ability to multi-task and constantly reprioritize
- Ability to work remotely (home office) and flex work hours to be available for global clients
