      What You'll Do as a Copywriter:

      • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy for diverse advertising platforms including video, social media, digital, out-of-home, and print.
      • Craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand messaging.
      • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice while adhering to style guides.
      • Work closely with art directors, graphic designers, marketing managers, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful 360 campaigns.
      • Generate original and creative ideas to produce innovative content for advertising campaigns.
      • Shape tone and language for usage across different advertising channels.
      • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to integrate copy seamlessly into visual elements.
      • Inspire clients and team members with beautifully crafted copy.
      • Research clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to create relevant and compelling content.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the media landscape to adapt content strategies accordingly.
      • Continuously strive to stay current and original in all forms of advertising, fostering growth as a creative thinker and writer.
      • Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to high standards.
      • Know how to take feedback and build on it to enhance the final output.
      • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
      • Maintain open communication with team members to ensure project alignment and timely delivery of content.
      • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
      • Build rapport with clients and nurture good working relationships.
      • Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.
      • Demonstrate a persuasive and confident approach to creativity.
      • Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
      • Think conceptually and write for different media - video, social, digital, out-of-home, etc.
      • Know what's trending, what's great work and the difference between the two.

      Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

      • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
      • Proven experience as a Copywriter in an advertising or marketing environment.
      • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy across diverse styles to optimize search results.
      • Understanding of SEO techniques, including keyword research and content strategy.
      • Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and adhere to style guides.
      • Excellent research skills to understand clients' businesses and competition.
      • Experience collaborating with designers for seamless integration of copy.
      • Creative thinking skills to generate compelling content.
      • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms for various channels.
      • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
