  America’s Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons, a division of Luxury Brand Holdings, is seeking a Copywriter to join our team. This is a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and hybrid position. Reporting to the Manager of Copywriting, the ideal Copywriter is able to develop creative, brand-driven copy with a primary focus on our e-commerce website and nationally circulated catalogs. The candidate should be comfortable relying on their education and accumulated expertise to yield smart product-focused copy that engages consumers. This is a hybrid position with up to three days per week in the office.

  JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  · With strong attention to detail, craft sales-oriented product copy that incorporates best principles and practices

  · Proofreading/editing copy as needed

  · Consistently meet goals and production metrics to ensure a successful response from produced content

  · Check that all content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practices

  EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  · Minimum of Associate’s Degree in English, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  · 1-3 years copywriting experience, preferably with emphasis on retail product and direct response copy

  · Fashion or Jewelry knowledge is a plus

  · Efficient work ethics, working quickly to meet frequent deadlines.

  · Excellent written and interpersonal skills, a team player

  · Must have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

  · Strong proofreading/editing skills

  · Flexibility to shift priorities as needed

  · Consistency in quality and standards
