What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create copy and key messages for various channels, including emails and advertising, tailored for the US market
- Collaborate with design teams to produce iterative test-and-learn copy
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure adherence to tone and voice across all initiatives
- Develop and maintain editorial and educational content, including articles and social media communications
- Review content performance to enhance effectiveness and meet organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of editorial experience in marketing, tech, journalism, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with content management systems and email marketing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with brand strategy and ability to balance messaging with creative design
- Familiarity with SEO and conversion strategies in content development
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek information from subject matter experts
