Our CORE Cybersecurity, CORE Finance, and CORE Technology tracks offer opportunities for early-career professionals looking to grow into versatile, innovative leaders in their respective fields, and gain cross-functional literacy across tracks .

  Why CORE Finance?
  The CORE Finance Program will launch you to wards success at Comcast NBCUniversal. Recent college graduates and/or individuals interested in beginning a career in finance will have the unique opportunity to experience three different full-time finance positions within the Comcast NBCUniversal footprint over the course of two years. Rotations will be available across our Comcast Corporate, NBCUniversal, and other business units, providing exposure to diverse areas of our finance organization.
  Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment, while your second and third rotations will each be six months in duration. As you rotate, you’ll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and financial leaders.
  Quarterly learning and development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your business and financial acumen. Additionally, you’ll receive exposure and networking opportunities with the broader business and receive individualized coaching during the early stages of your career.
  You will share milestone experiences with your fellow Associates, including individual and group development opportunities to support your professional growth.

  Your responsibilities will vary based on your assigned team.
  CORE rotations include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas:

  • Reporting
  What locations might I rotate through as a CORE Finance Associate?
  These types of roles are available in all Comcast and NBCUniversal businesses such as: Xfinity, Comcast Business, NBC News Group, Parks, Film, Peacock, NBC Sports and more!
  • Philadelphia, PA Metro (including West Chester, PA; Mt. Laurel, NJ; Chesterbrook, PA; Trevose , PA; etc.)
  • New York, NY Metro (including Stamford, CT; Englewood Cliffs, NJ; etc.)
  • Orlando, FL
  • Denver, CO
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Miami, FL
  • Los Angeles, CA
  How do I qualify?
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with major in Business required , preferably Finance or Accounting with expressed interest in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Graduation date must be between December 202 5 and the spring of 202 6
  • Prior exposure to the finance field through internships or work experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
