- Participate in various administrative aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process including
maintaining and organizing binders for various legal entities. - Prepare basic accounts reconciliations.
- Assist with follow-up of month-end open items.
- Retrieve archived information.
- Copy, scan, fax, mail and file various documents.
- Assist with providing requested information from internal and external auditors.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and follow through skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel. SAP experience a plus.
- Work well with others.
Position Summary:
The Corporate Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance
Department as well as assist with basic account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude. In addition, a high level confidentiality must be maintained at all times.Essential Job Functions:

Base Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
