      Position Summary:

      The Corporate Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance
      Department as well as assist with basic account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude. In addition, a high level confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Participate in various administrative aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process including
        maintaining and organizing binders for various legal entities.
      • Prepare basic accounts reconciliations.
      • Assist with follow-up of month-end open items.
      • Retrieve archived information.
      • Copy, scan, fax, mail and file various documents.
      • Assist with providing requested information from internal and external auditors.
      • Provide other administrative support as needed.

      Position Requirements:

      • Exceptional organizational skills.
      • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and follow through skills are essential.
      • Excellent written and verbal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong proficiency in Excel. SAP experience a plus.
      • Work well with others.

      Base Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
