Job Description

- Process Review & Analysis
- Corporate Accounting – Assist team in corporate financial reporting activities including but not limited to:
- Monthly accounting close processes
- Accounts payable processes
- Insurance reconciliations
- Ad Hoc Project and Reporting Requests – Participation in projects and preparation of special ad hoc reporting requests as assigned
- Development Opportunities include:
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Compliance and other development training with HR team
- Excel, Bloomberg
- Leadership lessons with the CEO and CIO
- Completion of Sophomore year or equivalent credit load
- Studying in the areas of accounting, finance, or business administration
- Elevated attention to detail as well as strong verbal/written communications skills and presence to communicate effectively
- Collegial collaborator possessing intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and thoughtfulness
- Constructive, “can do” attitude committed to consistently doing what is in the best interest of the organization
- Unquestioned honesty, integrity, and transparency
- Cultural fit is necessary in a respectful, collegial, and open working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
This full-time, in-office internship will run May 27 through July 25, 2025.
As an intern on the Corporate Accounting, Payroll & Benefits team, you will be involved in a wide range of corporate accounting activities.
