      The Corporate Affairs Leadership Team Coordinator will support three global leaders in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This individual will interact with senior leaders daily to increase efficiency and maximize the department’s results.

      What You Will Do:

      Responsibilities may include and not be limited to:

      • Provides general administrative support using company systems, policies and procedures
      • Books travel and prepares expense reports
      • Supports leaders’ scheduling
      • Registers leaders for conferences, meetings and other events
      • Attends meetings with leaders as needed and captures notes
      • Supports continuity in communication between leaders, helping identify areas of opportunity, connection and synergy
      • Serves as a liaison with information technology for technology needs

      What You Need

      • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of administrative experience; BA or associate’s degree preferred
      • Time management
      • Creative problem solver with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
      • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
      • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      • High degree of initiative
      • Looks for ways to enhance processes and improve results
      • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

      Travel Percentage: 10%
