Job Description

- Provides general administrative support using company systems, policies and procedures
- Books travel and prepares expense reports
- Supports leaders’ scheduling
- Registers leaders for conferences, meetings and other events
- Attends meetings with leaders as needed and captures notes
- Supports continuity in communication between leaders, helping identify areas of opportunity, connection and synergy
- Serves as a liaison with information technology for technology needs
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of administrative experience; BA or associate’s degree preferred
- Time management
- Creative problem solver with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- High degree of initiative
- Looks for ways to enhance processes and improve results
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
