Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Corporate & Securities Transactional Paralegal to join our busy Corporate & Securities team in our Buffalo or Rochester office. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of, and drafting of various documents, maintaining corporate records, performing due diligence and research. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. Associate's in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field of study preferred, together with knowledge of legal principles and practices in the corporate & securities area at a level normally acquired through and/or equivalent to at least five years’ full-time paralegal experience.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo or Rochester is $58,000 to $71,200. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
