- Fully integrated member of the Corporate Banking relationship management team assisting with product on-boarding and maintenance and account opening for Banker Solo designated clients
- Support the co-ordination and execution of day-to-day credit requests from the GSG Network/Product partners.
- Close co-ordination with CRMS and the Documentation Unit (DCU) for credit line set up and availment, ensuring that approvals obtained are in line with requirements under the ICG Risk Policy.
- Close co-ordination with Operations, AML and ICG Partners on the KYC renewal process, with focus on supporting the firm’s goal of achieving its KYC deliverables.
- Ensure KYC and AML controls are in place for all new client requirements, through the established process and lead any control or remediation requirements relating to the produce space
- Maintain and fine-tune the client’s existing TTS product solutions by navigating the Citi network, including GSG, Ops, and product and functional partners.
- Handle queries on other TTS products for Banker Solo designated e.g. cards, receivables, liquidity structures, trade finance products, Wordlink, security account
- Manage account closure process as required
- Work closely with the rest of the Banking team to ensure credit efficiency of the product requirements and manage reporting and controls processes around the product space
- Co-ordinate/maintain account structures-assist with account opening/closing and ensure correct liquidity structure in place to meet the client’s needs
- Manages account structure requirements, sales and general banking needs
- Engages Implementations and Account Services for on-boarding activities
- Shares regulatory; market; product updates with the client
- Identify new opportunities for enhancing current structure as well as opportunities for revenue growth
- Provide support during product implementations, systems enhancements, etc.
- Work in partnership with TTS Products and provide relevant support, and drive completion of projects. Coordinate closely with the Account Services team
- Act as an escalation point for Clients on Account and TTS relations items, liaising with the internal teams where required to ensure Operations and Product are taking the appropriate steps and responsibility to resolve items raised by the clients. Escalate internally when required
- Work with billing team if/when pricing issues arise, Channels Services, Citidirect, CitiConnect, etc.
- Liaise with client Treasury Team to affirm Head Office support for any new credit requests, ensuring required support documentation (i.e. Guarantees; Letter of Comfort) are lodged with DCU, and that all requirements under Citi’s support policy are met
- Ensures client portfolio has correct marketing hierarchy and legal structure reported in the appropriate systems and assists in maintenance of same
- Assist in the preparation of client Support Discussions. Ensure that necessary Business & Risk approvals have been obtained and that the Support Discussion workflow is lodged in Citi Risk Approvals, or where applicable, necessary deferral is put in place
- Prepare facility; exposure and relationship data as requested by bankers. At annual review time, co-ordinate with the GSG network to review global facilities, and help make recommendations for potential changes/reductions
- Work in partnership with Trade Implementations for the issuance and associated documentation for Guarantee’s/LC’s
- Work closely with Product Partners; GSG network; CRMS to ensure timely resolution of data exceptions (facility excess or unmatched transactions)
- Assist bankers in the co-ordination of ad-hoc regulatory/data review exercises, and help with data clean-up exercises, making the necessary facility adjustments where appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
- Citi TTS skills/experience (i.e. experience in Citi’s TTS product space, including product set up, system and process navigation)

Support account strategies by developing an institutional understanding of the client, eg; their treasury model and philosophy, funding model and cash management strategy and help build an efficient, productive and strong relationship.
Responsible for driving deals through CRM and wider implementation ensuring ramp up of revenue from deals implemented.
Co-ordinate/maintain account structures-assist with account opening/closing and ensure correct liquidity structure to meet client needs. Works as an integral part of the Corporate Banking Team and leads efforts to maintain and fine-tune the client’s existing TTS Product Solutions.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of TTS product credit requirements and how they relate to our client’s credit allocation, implementation and ongoing management.
Develop relationships with clients and assist with routine credit queries, confirmation of support, problem escalation. Assist clients in navigating Citi’s vast network.
Co-ordinate the global credit allocation process for clients, working with the GSG Network, Product Partners, Risk and Credit Risk management Services (CRMS) to facilitate credit approval requests.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Institutional Client Group (ICG) Risk policy, ensuring that all credit requests are processed within policy requirements.

Provide a thorough understanding of Citi’s TTS business, its products, risk and controls. Also, it will provide good client facing exposure when dealing with clients on their BAU credit requirements. With further development opportunity for cross product exposure. Develop and grow their Citi network across the Globe.

This role could be placed at our internal grades of C10/C11/C12 (Officer/AVP) depending on the successful candidates experience.
