What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily cash position reporting, including tracking cash inflows and outflows across multiple bank accounts
- Prepare and post daily journal entries related to cash transactions, such as bank fees, transfers, and deposits
- Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger, including concentration and disbursement accounts
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to optimize cash management practices and bank relationships
- Monitor and analyze cash balances and support cash flow forecasting activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or treasury operations, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Email
- 10-key by touch and advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a corporate finance environment
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and internal SOX controls
- Experience with cash management and treasury functions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
