What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily cash position reporting, tracking cash inflows and outflows across multiple bank accounts
- Prepare and post daily journal entries related to cash transactions, including bank fees and transfers
- Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to enhance cash management practices and bank relationships
- Assist in implementing process improvements and automation for cash and treasury functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or treasury operations, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Email
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and internal SOX controls
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in 10-key by touch
- Familiarity with cash flow forecasting activities
