      About the Role

      The Tietoevry group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role is leading Tietoevry information security at the corporate level. The role of the corporate CISO includes developing the needed security capabilities, culture, and maturity needed to meet the growing customer and society expectations. The CISO is also closely engaged with company leadership as well as business units to assess and communicate information security risk and opportunities across Tietoevry.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Maintaining, developing, and communicating the corporate security framework to meet industry expectations and customer needs
      • Leading information security governance and execution across the group via key stakeholders, networks, and the corporate security team
      • Defining and driving information security maturity targets across the organization
      • Measuring and reporting security maturity to company leadership
      • Building security culture and driving related awareness activities
      • Updating and communicating the security risk and threat landscape
      • Maintaining and developing the corporate cybersecurity roadmap, capabilities, and operations
      • Act as Subject Matter Expert on relevant security regulation for Finland and be main liaison with relevant authorities in Finland

      Who You Are

      • Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field
      • Extensive experience in information security with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
      • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
      • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing information security strategies that align with business objectives
      • Experience with information security standards and their implementation (e.g. ISO27001)
      • Understanding of both administrative and technical aspects of information security
      • Ability to communicate security and related risks in a business-understandable way
      • Understanding of developing security regulation and related authorities
      • Preferably some relevant security certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP)
      • Experience in leadership and change management in a global organization
      • Experience with formulating and executing security strategy through a highly diverse, cross-matrixed organization
      • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to information security in Finland
      • Fluency in English and preferably Finnish or Swedish
      • Strong business acumen and genuine interest in Tietoevry's business and technology
