What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage people, budgets, and resources for project implementations
- Develop project cost benefit analysis and Benefit Realization plan
- Publish weekly status reports and update project dashboard
- Present project updates to the executive team
- Help administer the Enterprise PPM solution and support portfolio management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, information technology, business administration, or related field
- Four years of project management experience
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years relevant experience in an information technology or strategic planning environment
- Certification or progress towards Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Experience within the insurance industry
