      • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, including Executive Leadership, HR, Change Management, and Shared Services, to drive cohesive and impactful messaging.

      • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality communications, including executive messages, internal announcements, and strategic campaigns.

      • Measure and evaluate communications effectiveness using analytics, feedback, and data-driven insights to continuously improve clarity and engagement.

      • Stay ahead of industry trends and reputational risks, proactively shaping messaging strategies that position CLEAResult as a thought leader in the energy efficiency space.

      • Support organizational change initiatives by crafting narratives, readiness plans, and messaging frameworks that drive adoption and cultural alignment.

      • Mentor and develop a team of communications professionals, fostering skill growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

      Qualifications

      • Over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related fields, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

      • Proven ability to build and lead communications strategies for complex, global organizations.

      • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

      • Demonstrated experience leading communications through change, transformation, and high-growth environments.
