      nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO), the worldwide leader in cloud banking, is seeking a Communications Specialist to help us tell our Company and brand story and communicate our mission, vision, and values to key stakeholders – both internally and externally.

      Reporting to nCino’s Director of Internal Communications, the Communications Specialist will be a passionate storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and an appetite for excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative, and collaborative individual who will play a critical role in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization. We are looking for someone who is not only an amazing writer, but also a strategic thinker to help us effectively share news, information and compelling stories about our Company, our culture, our customers and our innovative products to our talented and passionate nCino employees around the globe and key external audiences. Types of content you will develop and contribute to include key message documents, FAQs, press releases, all-company emails, website and social content, and more.


      Essential Functions:

      • Contribute to all aspects of nCino’s global communications program
      • Support nCino executive leaders with messaging, content development and speaker prep around presentations, byline or LinkedIn articles and other communication needs
      • Write, edit and proofread a wide range of content and materials such as intranet articles, companywide emails, FAQs, newsletters, and more
      • Ensure that all communication is accurate, of the highest quality and carefully considers intended audience
      • Create material that consistently promotes nCino’s reputation and underscores its mission, vision, values and growth trajectory
      • Review, edit, draft and provide content for nCino’ intranet, external nCino career pages, and nCino corporate social media channels as needed
      • Develop and support a wide range of internal communications including Companywide emails, Slack posts, newsletters, Knowledge articles, and more
      • Support Company All Hands including developing agendas, slideware, executive talking points, speaker prep, and sharing recordings and presentations after each meeting
      • Collaborate with nCino’s content specialists, technical writers, and other writers and editors to adhere to style guides and contribute to cross-team content projects
      • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to leaders across the organization

      Qualifications:

      Required:

      • 2+ years of professional communications experience, preferably within a high-growth, global company
      • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, creative writing or a comparable field or education and experience
      • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
      • Passionate storyteller and self-starter who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
      • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Meticulous attention to detail
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
      • Collaborative spirt and responds efficiently to challenges
