What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead day-to-day accounting and finance functions for the worldwide team
- Manage financial analysis and the monthly close, including annual worldwide consolidation
- Implement process improvements and set operational goals
- Provide comprehensive updates to management by evaluating and analyzing financial data
- Oversee the annual tax return preparation process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a finance position with increasing responsibility
- 4+ years of finance management experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with superior analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Big 4 experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- Leadership and change management experience
- Proven strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Self-starter with strong mentoring and people management abilities
