      Position Overview: The Corporate Counsel will support the company’s legal team by providing practical legal guidance across various business operations. Reporting to a senior counsel, this is a generalist role for a global business, with responsibilities covering US and global labor and employment, and other general corporate legal matters including corporate governance, transactions, compliance. The Corporate Counsel will work closely with other members of 3E’s legal team, operational and product line colleagues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be eager to learn, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to effective legal solutions in a global and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is eager to leverage technology, including Generative AI, to enhance efficiency in legal workflows and support strategic legal initiatives.

      Experience: The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, with a preferred mix of law firm and in-house experience in a corporate environment.

      Location/Relocation: Bethesda, MD. A primarily remote role (up to 1-2 days per week in the office).

      Compensation: Competitive base (approx. $150,000) and bonus (10%) commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits.

      Travel: No more than 10%

      Bar: Currently licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with ability to be qualified to work in-house in Maryland.
