      Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

      Forest River is looking for an attorney with the skill set to advise executive management on multiple aspects of the law at the corporate and divisional levels. This position will report to the CEO and work on building the organization's legal function from the ground up.

      Responsibilities

      • Advise executive members on legal matters, including new and existing laws.
      • Oversee legal aspects of the business as a whole.
      • Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations.
      • Craft and review legal strategies in response to litigation.
      • Keep records of legal documents and proceedings.
      • Facilitate filings of licensing forms and other statutory requirements.
      • Communicate with outside counsel.

      Qualifications

      • Bar admission in any state. Preferably Indiana.
      • Experience in general corporate representation, including:
        • Litigation
        • Manufacturer warranty issues
        • Contracts
        • Real estate and property issues
      • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at every level of the organization.
