      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal support on various transactions, including credit facilities, equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions
      - Advise on corporate governance matters and requirements under Swiss law
      - Draft and review securities filings and manage regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate affairs and sustainability reporting
      - Engage and manage outside counsel to ensure effective legal support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an accredited law school in the U.S.
      - At least four years of relevant experience in securities and corporate transactional matters
      - Proven skills in drafting, negotiating, and managing legal transactions
      - Ability to evaluate legal exposure and interpret laws and regulations
      - Qualified to practice law in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Swiss corporate governance and SEC filings
      - Proficiency in Chinese (verbal and written)
      - Strong project management skills and business acumen
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
      - Flexibility to accept new responsibilities as needed
