      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements and NDAs
      - Manage the commercial contracting lifecycle and enhance contract workflows
      - Advise teams on legal risks, compliance, and negotiation strategies
      - Support M&A activities, including diligence and transaction documentation
      - Provide guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across jurisdictions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
      - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house roles
      - Expertise in commercial contracting within SaaS or technology companies
      - Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and U.S. state laws
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

      - Experience supporting corporate transactions or M&A
      - Background in healthcare or life sciences, international legal work, or corporate governance
      - Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
