      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, primarily state and local government entities and educational institutions
      - Review and assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
      - Review and negotiate vendor contracts
      - Collaborate with team members on various legal matters depending on business needs
      - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to a state bar
      - Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
      - Experience in government contracts
      - Strong drafting, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in privacy, intellectual property, and commercial contracts
      - Prior law firm, government, or in-house experience
      - Familiarity with the education services industry or retail businesses
