What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of operational, contracting, and transactional matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions and guidance for management teams
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, vendors, and governmental entities
- Assist in resolving legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in line with local, state, and federal laws
- Represent the employer in informal dispute resolution and administrative proceedings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Attorney holding a J.D.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with IT/Technical contracts or law reviews
- High-level analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
