      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and counsel on operational, contracting, and transactional matters to mitigate legal risks
      - Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions and guidance for management teams
      - Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with various partners and vendors
      - Assist in resolving legal, regulatory, and compliance matters to ensure adherence to applicable laws
      - Represent the company in informal dispute resolutions and administrative proceedings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed Attorney holding a J.D.
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
      - High-level analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management abilities
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

      - Experience working in a corporate compliance program
      - Strong ability to build credibility and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends
