      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of partnership agreements, focusing on product development and Go-To-Market partnerships
      - Provide commercial and legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
      - Build strong cross-functional relationships with various business teams
      - Support the legal team in improving processes and ensuring alignment with best practices
      - Deliver training on contract processes and negotiation strategies to relevant teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of relevant working experience
      - Law Degree from an accredited law school, preferably with postgraduate qualifications
      - Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills
      - Substantive knowledge of intellectual property laws and experience with complex technology partnership agreements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of competition law in a technology context
      - Experience working with public sector partners or onboarding to meet public sector requirements like FedRAMP
      - Ability to manage a complex workload while maintaining priorities
      - Demonstrated experience managing large and strategic agreements
