      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including software licensing and data use agreements
      - Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal risk with business objectives
      - Develop contract templates, playbooks, and internal policies to streamline processes
      - Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in healthcare and technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
      - 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
      - Strong experience with healthcare technology contracts and regulatory compliance
      - Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and their impact on data handling
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or health tech company
      - Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and associated legal considerations in healthcare
