What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare expert witnesses for testimony and manage litigation processes
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Build and maintain relationships across business units and with leadership stakeholders
- Interact with outside counsel to achieve legal objectives
- Assist in the drafting and review of company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with a current, active attorney’s license in good standing
- 5-15 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Broad experience in litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial
- Excellent writing, communication, and business judgment skills
- Strong organizational and deadline management abilities
