What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including commercial contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including client agreements and confidentiality agreements
- Stay updated on federal and state laws and provide counsel accordingly
- Assist with corporate governance and IP portfolio management
- Research, develop, and implement policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from a top-tier law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate law
- Minimum 1 year working with managed healthcare
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in-house or with managed healthcare
