      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify and document expirables, managing communication with providers and primary facilities regarding upcoming expirables
      - Coordinate privileging requests and collaborate on credentialing, OPPE, FPPE, and privileging activities with medical staff
      - Maintain strict confidentiality while reviewing and analyzing credentialing and privileging applications
      - Ensure compliance with federal and state agencies, organizational policies, and accrediting and regulatory agencies
      - Stay updated on accreditation standards to maintain current knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of hospital regulatory credentialing experience
      - At least 1 year of experience maintaining required data in MD Staff or a similar credentialing database
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - CPCS or CPMSM certification is required; if not currently certified, it must be obtained within 24 months of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree preferred
      - Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders
