- Lead pre-opening planning including staffing, marketing, and operational setup.
- Collaborate with ownership and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Establish SOPs, oversee procurement, and manage pre-opening budgets and timelines.
- Hire and onboard club teams; ensure readiness for soft and grand openings.
- Develop membership strategies including pricing, benefits, and tiering.
- Support club teams in maintaining service consistency and operational standards.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and industry trends to inform improvements.
- Create exclusive events and engagement programs to elevate the member experience.
- Lead service recovery and feedback initiatives.
- Foster integration between club and hotel operations for a seamless experience.
- Recruit and develop high-performing club managers.
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- 8–10 years in private club operations; previous social club General Manager experience, preferred.
- Proven success in membership sales, innovative programming, and team leadership.
- Prior experience in design, marketing, and systems implementation for new club openings
- Strong financial and operational acumen.

The Corporate Director of Membership and Club Operations leads the strategic development, pre-opening, and day-to-day management of social clubs across the hotel portfolio. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, enhancing member and guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence through innovative programming, service delivery, and team leadership.
