- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Monitor competition and market conditions to establish competitive market strategies.
- Represent the company in key sales meetings and industry events.
- Drive customer engagement through excellent client service and relationship management.
- Knowledge of Hilton and/or Hyatt sales systems.
- A proven track record in a Director of Sales role in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience managing more than one property simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales, and take the lead in all sales initiatives.
