Job Description
- Req#: 1585
- Manage driver onboarding including background checks, document collection, and training setup
- Create and review driver and Owner Operator contracts
- Proficient in TruckMate, Tenstreet and GeoTab or similar fleet management software
- Verify all documentation for accuracy and compliance with DOT and company policies
- Coordinate insurance certificates, permits, and licensing (plates, IFTA, permits)
- Maintain records for driver benefits
- Manage inventory, plates, and related documentation for company and owner operator trucks
- Update and maintain driver and vendor profiles in TruckMate and other systems
- Support safety and compliance efforts, including special event management and DOT testing
- Prepare and process various reports, invoices, and permits
- Assist with driver communications related to settlements, insurance, and other needs
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned
- Proven experience in transportation compliance, fleet administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in TruckMate or similar fleet management software
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
