- Design, implement and support the Security Technology suite, including video surveillance, access control and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform and oversee configuration of facilities applications, creation, and execution of tests before changes implementation. Evaluates functional configuration issues and provides advanced support on issue resolution.
- Responsible for maintenance of master data in Entre: assets, locations, maintenance strategies, plans and items.
- Responsible for maintenance of master data in Verint DVR system: DVR, UPS backups, POE switches and camera configuration to meet video surveillance standards and requirements.
- Be a trusted advisor, helping the business make better, informed decisions by presenting relevant Entre and Verint solution alternatives for key challenges; evaluate business and system impact of proposed changes.
- Develop, update and review SOPs and working instructions with documentation that effectively feeds training and change management activities.
- Provide backup to other engineers and admins for their systems and provide training to staff on design, application functions, configuration, and use.
- Patching, updating, and maintaining security compliance on systems.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
About The RoleThe Corporate Facilities Security Engineer will serve as the system owner for all branch facility security systems in coordination with bank division operation staff to support their business requirements including supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of software solutions and administration of the Entre alarm and door access platform and the Verint DVR platform, along with other facilities systems. The role will be accountable for project delivery, key technical activities such as configuration/customization of system, compliance, support for continuous improvement and future deployments, operational support, and cross training on other digital systems. Responsible for ensuring the execution of Entre and Verint system enhancements and the development of additional tools and/or processes needed to support facilities data management and reporting needs. Responsible for KPI’s, analysis of maintenance and asset history, costs and repetitive repairs.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The mid rate for this position is $46.39 / per hour (calculated for Missoula).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
WA Applicants ONLY range: Wenatchee, WA range $44.19- $66.61 per hour. Spokane, WA range $43.80-- $65.71 an hour.
