      • The client is looking for a passionate and strategic Corporate Internal Communications Manager to join the Corporate Communications team supporting Client’s Customer Solutions.
      • In this role, you will develop and drive internal communication strategies that inspire, inform, and align a globally distributed workforce.
      • You'll partner closely with leadership, including senior executives, to craft narratives that shape our culture, reinforce our business priorities, and connect teams across regions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires excellent storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presence.
      Responsibilities:
      • Support the REWS Tech & Governance team by balancing internal communications with cross-functional program management.
      • Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies, including change communications related to technology rollouts across the REWS organization.
      • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to craft key messages, communication plans, and talking points around new tools, platforms, or systems.
      • Draft compelling content such as executive emails, newsletters, video scripts, FAQs, intranet articles, and business review materials.
      • Manage and innovate internal communication channels to enhance employee engagement and drive effective knowledge sharing and adoption.
      • Guide complex, multi-disciplinary programs through their full lifecycle—developing strategy documents, program plans, and timelines; identifying risks; and clearly communicating impact to stakeholders.
      • Own and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and communications for REWS technologies, whether internally developed or introduced through company-wide initiatives.
      • Provide communication counsel for organizational change initiatives, ensuring messaging is aligned, consistent, and impactful.
      • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for improvement.
      • Success in this role requires strategic thinking, scalable process development, and strong cross-functional coordination across all levels.
      Required (Mandatory):
      • 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a tech or global corporate environment.
      • Skilled in communicating complex technical rollouts and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for tools, systems, and internal platforms.
      • Experience managing communications during organizational change, technology deployments, or new process rollouts—particularly in workplace services or operations contexts.
      • Proven experience developing and executing internal communication plans for large, distributed teams.
      • Strong program and project management skills, with experience in strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.
      • Demonstrated ability to write for and collaborate with senior leadership, including VPs—crafting emails, speeches, talking points, and executive messaging.
      • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats such as email, intranet, newsletters, videos, and training guides.
      • Comfortable working with cross-regional teams and stakeholders from HR, IT, Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS), and Engineering.

      Required (Desired):
      • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
      • Strong understanding of organizational culture and change communications.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
      Education:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
