Arxada has an exciting opportunity for an Corporate Finance Transformation PM.

Essential Job Functions:

• Providing the tools and guidance to the Corporate Finance teams and GPO organisation to review and analyse their people, processes, and technology.
• Working with Corporate Finance teams to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Working with the Finance Leadership team to optimize the FP&A and accounting functions, providing insights and recommendations based on previous experience and market best practice.
• Providing guidance with financial process documentation, data gathering, process design, system configuration, and more.
• Supporting the teams to build their business cases for change proposals, driving the approval process.
• Working with functional lead to design the optimal Target Operating Model and drive the implementation.
• Driving the end-to-end preparation and implementation of change initiatives for FP&A and Accounting teams, processes, and technology.
  Driving financial system implementation and testing.
• Supporting the GPO organization to develop and deliver training to end users.
• Perform full project execution and tracking, utilising the standard Arxada Finance PMO framework.
• Drive change management execution and tracking, utilising the standard Arxada Finance change framework.
• Ensuring that solid benefit tracking is in-place for all change initiatives (baseline, KPIs, reporting…).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Highly experienced (7+ years) Corporate Finance professional, with a strong focus on FP&A
• Advance experience (4+ years) in Project Management
• Challenge the status quo and actively contribute to the solution and design
• Ability to drive change processes and to work across functions and geographic boundaries
• Strong sense of result-orientation plus very good project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Ability to motivate teams to produce high quality results within tight time frames.
• Fluent in English
