Overview First Citizens Bank offers an exciting summer internship program that provides development opportunities and hands on work experience while creating a talent pipeline for the Bank. There will be some work from home opportunities, but in-office days are required weekly. Responsibilities In this role, you will: The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Data Analyst Intern will develop and maintain sophisticated management reporting, produce data visualization products, and provide associated analysis. Partnering with a team of analysts and reporting to CRE’s Managing Business Analyst, this intern will be exposed to a wide range of corporate support functions, and will directly engage all operational arms of CRE, to include: Workplace Operations, Portfolio Administration, Facilities Maintenance, Critical Facilities, and Corporate (Physical) Security. The intern will produce and maintain work products which inform and enable data-driven business decisions within a fast-paced and highly regulated industry, supporting a bank with a large and ever-changing real estate footprint. Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects. Accountabilities can and may include areas such as research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, as well as technology enhancements and support. Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events. Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program. Be assigned a project, designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem that you will present at the close of the internship.
