- Support and enhance team collaboration
- Support the Bank’s capabilities and competencies related to capital markets activities, balance sheet growth, revenue diversification, syndication activities, public finance lending, buy/sell, or pricing/structuring activities
- Provide support for product growth, in both income and assets, while meeting budget and other key performance indicators
- Assist in activities related to the growth of the Group’s products, services, and capabilities
- Update product white papers (internal and external), FAQs, and client materials
- Assist in providing insights for covered products to internal stakeholders, RMs, and external clients
- Collaborate with Finance, Credit Administration, and Operations to assure efficient portfolio construction, pricing vs. risk tradeoffs, revenue diversification, and implications to the Bank as a whole
- Support related merger and acquisition activities for specialty groups or products covered, including due diligence and integration
- Pursuing a bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting, economic and finance principles
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven history of successful team work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail

Intern Position Description
The Capital Market Group’s Intern provides support within the Capital Market Group (the “Group”), including its subsidiaries, specialty lending verticals, and products. Working closely with senior associates and subject matter experts, the Intern assists in supporting product offerings, capabilities, and competencies. The Intern will develop knowledge and skills to support a wide array of products and services, prioritizing gaining competencies and capabilities within the supported areas. The Intern may assist in supporting revenue-producing or specialty lending products and may be tasked with providing support for other Group initiatives. The Intern will apply foundational knowledge to support various areas, including specialty banking, strategic finance, lending, and bank operations, while working in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities.
