      GENERAL FUNCTION

      Monitors all functions related to processing rent payments for EssilorLuxottica Retail and Shared Services leased real estate locations. Ensures all critical detail is maintained in the Lease Administration databases, performs complex reconciliations of landlord accounts, reconciles & submits rent batches to AP, prepares vendor setup request documentation and interfaces with key customers.

      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and processing payments on assigned store accounts.
      • Responsible for database integrity on assigned accounts to ensure all data is complete and accurate.
      • Respond to sales inquiries and % rent correspondence from landlords, working with Lease Accountants as necessary.
      • Resolves lease interpretation questions and considers the impact of new lease terms, renewals, relocations and property ownership changes on the rent payment process.
      • Reviews, resolves issues and approves all input for real estate lease payments.
      • Generates upload batches for submission to AP for payment and reconciles that correct amounts and counts are received and works with IT to resolve issues with the rent uploads.
      • Researches and resolves complex vendor issues.
      • Gathers proper vendor setup request documentation.
      • Monitors landlord accounts with debit balances and works out arrangements for prompt recovery.
      • Performs effective and ongoing communication with landlords and other key customers. Prepares professional correspondence with appropriate detailed spreadsheets and other support as needed.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • HS Diploma
      • 3+ years’ experience in accounting or related field experience
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Strong communication skills
      • Solid performance in multi-tasking
      • Intermediate Excel skills

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Associates Degree
      • Lease Interpretation or Real Estate background.
      • SAP skills
      • Experience preferred.
      • Specific software, industry, previous role experience
