      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain daily contact with hotels to provide revenue management strategies and drive market share premiums
      - Conduct weekly sales strategy meetings and communicate daily updates on market pricing and inventory strategies
      - Analyze and maintain a weekly transient pace report for revenue trend assessment
      - Mentor hotels on effective package creation and market positioning
      - Provide revenue management support and critiques to hotels not meeting performance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience with multiple asset management in the hospitality industry
      - Experience with Marriott and Hilton brands preferred
      - Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools
      - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and hotel performance
      - Ability to maintain constructive relationships with hotel leaders and corporate staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Revenue Management (CRME) preferred
      - Previous experience working with Concord Hospitality or similar organizations
      - Familiarity with PMS systems and revenue reporting tools
      - Experience in presenting at company meetings and conferences
      - Understanding of digital marketing initiatives related to revenue management
