      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain daily contact with hotels to provide revenue management strategies and drive market share premiums
      - Participate in weekly Sales Strategy Meetings utilizing various revenue management tools and systems
      - Conduct daily reviews of market pricing, inventory strategies, and demand pattern changes
      - Provide day-by-day forecast recommendations and execute displacement models for large programs
      - Mentor hotels on effective package creation and maintain strong relationships with hotel leaders and corporate staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management with multiple asset experience
      - Familiarity with Marriott and Hilton brands is preferred
      - Must possess or be working towards CRME certification
      - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of PMS systems related to revenue reporting
      - Ability to maintain positive relationships with hotel leaders, corporate staff, and brand liaisons

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Concord Hospitality's revenue management systems and tools
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
      - Knowledge of local economies and their impact on travel patterns
      - Experience with GDS Recon tool and STAR reports for analytical assessment
      - Familiarity with marketing plans relative to revenue management statistics
