      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain daily contact with hotels to provide revenue management strategies and drive market share premiums
      - Participate in weekly Sales Strategy Meetings and communicate daily with teams regarding adjustments to strategies
      - Analyze and review revenue reports, market trends, and occupancy goals to inform decision-making
      - Mentor hotels on effective package creation and ensure understanding of Ecommerce positions
      - Assist with the Marketing Plan and update hotel calendars to align strategies with market demands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management with multiple hotel assets
      - Strong familiarity with Marriott and Hilton brands preferred
      - Ability to maintain positive relationships with hotel leaders, regional teams, and corporate staff
      - Knowledge of PMS systems and revenue reporting
      - CRME certification preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with revenue management tools such as One Yield, MRDW reports, and other brand revenue systems
      - Proven ability to analyze and assess market conditions affecting travel patterns
      - Previous experience in a mentoring or training role within the hospitality industry
