      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain daily contact with hotels to provide revenue management strategies aimed at increasing market share
      - Conduct weekly Sales Strategy Meetings and manage revenue by segment based on demand changes
      - Execute day-to-day forecasts and maintain a weekly transient pace report for analysis
      - Mentor hotels on package creation and collaborate with market managers for improved performance
      - Provide support and critiques for hotels not meeting revenue standards and assist with marketing plans aligned with hotel strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience with multiple asset management in the hospitality industry
      - Previous experience with Marriott and Hilton preferred
      - Strong knowledge of revenue management tools and systems
      - Ability to maintain positive relationships with hotel leaders and corporate staff
      - CRME certification preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with additional hotel brands and revenue management systems
      - Familiarity with analytics tools such as DaySTAR and STAR reports
      - Proven track record of achieving revenue management goals and improving hotel performance
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for meetings and conferences
