What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain daily contact with hotels to provide revenue management strategies aimed at driving market share premiums
- Conduct system reviews and communicate daily with the Corporate Sales Team and hotel management regarding revenue strategies
- Analyze market trends and provide forecast recommendations for both transient and group bookings
- Mentor hotels on effective package creation and ensure understanding of Ecommerce positions
- Support hotels not meeting revenue standards with insights and direct sales improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue management with multiple asset experience
- Knowledge of Marriott systems and practices
- Familiarity with PMS systems and reporting related to revenue management
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with hotel leaders and corporate staff
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and revenue performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Revenue Management Executive (CRME)
- Experience with Hilton brand properties
- Previous experience in a corporate hotel environment
- Proficiency in revenue management tools and analytics software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
