  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to address customer needs and engage in sales conversations
  - Provide technical and instructional support for customers, including hosting live meetings, training sessions, and webinars
  - Maintain and assist with menu and recipe databases
  - Coordinate the set-up and maintenance of Menu Solutions for customers
  - Conduct testing of new technology and document best practices for customers and the salesforce
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree required; Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) credentials required; registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in cycle menu planning and foodservice operations
  - Customer service experience preferred
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Knowledge of Cbord, MealSuite, or other menu planning software; familiarity with the USDA Nutrient Database
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in cycle menu approval
  - Strong analytical, creative planning, and organizational skills
  - Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
