What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and revise corporate governance documents and records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher and paralegal certification
- 5 or more years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising corporate governance documents
- Familiarity with large and complex organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, or related field
- Certification from a recognized paralegal association
- Proficiency in hCue, Legal Tracker, ContractPodAi
- Experience with commercial lending transactions and international entity formation
