What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support compliance with U.S. securities laws, including reviewing Section 16 filings and other SEC reports
- Assist in managing shareholder meeting processes and maintaining corporate governance practices
- Collaborate with various global teams on subsidiary corporate governance matters
- Maintain corporate records for U.S. and non-U.S. entities and assist in corporate transactions
- Identify and implement operational improvements and workflow enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally in both a top-tier law firm and a public multinational company
- Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. public company reporting and legal entity compliance
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat

- Experience with online entity management platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
