      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support compliance with U.S. securities laws, including Section 16 filings and other SEC reports
      - Assist with shareholder meeting processes and maintain corporate governance practices
      - Collaborate with various global teams on subsidiary corporate governance matters
      - Manage corporate records and assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
      - Coordinate signatures and notarizations of legal documents for international matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably at a top-tier law firm and in-house at a public multinational company
      - Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
      - In-depth knowledge of U.S. public company reporting and legal entity compliance
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat
