Job Description

Review a variety of intellectual property matters, including marketing materials, copyright / trademark infringement and patent research.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team.
Assist in litigation and regulatory matters, including fact investigation and document management.
Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate preferred.
2+ years as a paralegal with intellectual property experience a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
