      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with employment, lease, vendor, and other operational matters
      - Administer and maintain operational databases for accurate corporate documentation
      - Monitor changes to government guidelines and submit relevant reports
      - Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence
      - Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and other attorneys

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with some law firm experience
      - At least 3 years of experience in research and writing
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Excellent analytical and writing skills
      - Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related legal environment
      - Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to quickly learn new applications
      - Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
