      Position Summary
      The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator supports the Senior Corporate Giving Manager in cultivating and managing corporate relationships to advance the Foundation’s mission. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, and executing stewardship and engagement strategies. The Coordinator collaborates across departments, leverages CRM systems for data-driven fundraising, and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of corporate giving activities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Corporate Partnership Development & Portfolio Management (65%)
      • Research and identify new corporate partnership opportunities (sponsorships, cause marketing, program collaborations, brand awareness initiatives).
      • Conduct prospect research, create donor profiles, and maintain updated records in Salesforce.
      • Support the creation of proposals, pitch materials, and corporate giving presentations.
      • Manage an active portfolio of ~30 corporate accounts ($1,000–$10,000 giving capacity).
      • Cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners to achieve annual fundraising goals of $200,000+, with year-over-year growth.
      • Implement and monitor individualized engagement plans for each account.
      Stewardship & Engagement (20%)
      • Create and deliver stewardship materials (thank-you letters, impact reports, recognition strategies).
      • Maintain consistent communication with partners (calls, email, letters) to strengthen engagement and retention.
      • Collaborate internally to align corporate engagement with events, campaigns, and fundraising priorities.
      Data Management & Reporting (15%)
      • Use CRM (Salesforce) to record activities, track progress, and generate reports.
      • Provide regular partnership updates to the Senior Corporate Giving Manager.
      • Track engagement and giving history to inform future strategies.
      Additional Responsibilities:
      • Actively participate in development team calls and meetings.
      • Assist with planning/executing donor engagement events as needed.
      • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to build and strengthen relationships.
      • Travel 3–4 times per year for Foundation events and industry conferences (occasional evenings/weekends).

      Qualifications:

      Education
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
      Experience
      • 1–3 years of fundraising experience, ideally in corporate giving or sponsorship acquisition.
      • Proven success in partnership cultivation, proposal development, and donor stewardship.
      • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
      • Strong understanding of fundraising principles; experience in a nonprofit affiliate model preferred.
      Skills & Abilities
      • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
      • Skilled in prospect research and developing tailored engagement strategies.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
      • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable.
      • Basic understanding of medical/epilepsy-related terminology is a plus.

      Work Environment & Physical Demands:
      • Remote position, standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
      • Regular use of computer, phone, and digital communication tools.
      • Occasional extended hours, travel, and weekend commitments for events.

      Pay Range:
      • $50,000 - $60,000
